Some big cities in Spain such as Bilbao, Barcelona, Granada, Pamplona, San Sebastián and Seville have special increased tariffs at a particular time on weekend and in Malaga one drive at nighttime during the week will cost you 2 euro more. They often have allowances for these destinations and many cities have fixed minimal tariffs among which the most expensive turned out to be in Barcelona, Badajoz and Valladolid (20 Euros).
